Deliveries are made to Switzerland, France and Belgium
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?
Delivery costs vary by country.
Orders over Fr.100 have free delivery.
- For Switzerland shipping is Fr.3.40
- For France shipping is €4.30
- For Belgium shipping is €4.30
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Your order will be prepared between 4 and 7 working days upon receipt of your souvenirs. (the delivery time may vary depending on the time of year and the number of orders received)
Then shipping varies by country:
Swiss
Delivery is by post with tracking between 2 and 3 days.
France
Delivery is by post with tracking between 3 and 5 days.
Belgium
Delivery is by post with tracking between 3 and 5 days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

About my order
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on our website in the “Track my order” tab using your email address and your order number.
I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN MY ORDER!
If the order has not yet been sent, you will need to contact us quickly by email, telling us what needs to be corrected and your order number.

As this is personalized jewelry only, no returns and refunds will be made.
